Job Description:

About the Team – NOC Inbound Operations:

The Inbound NOC team manages the end-to-end execution of the vendor/seller shipment inbounding process across India and ECCF countries (South Africa, UAE, KSA, Egypt, Turkey, Australia, Japan, Singapore, Brazil, and Mexico). The team handles core operational areas such as:

• Appointment scheduling and prioritization
• Appointment rescue and modification
• MFI (Missing from Inbound)
• 3P pickups
• Vendor returns
• Invoice scanning and resolution

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a central liaison between multiple stakeholders—Vendors, Carriers, Fulfillment Centers (FCs), Category Managers, and Supply Chain teams.
• Manage inbound appointment scheduling and ensure timely freight delivery at FCs as per pre-defined schedules.
• Proactively monitor freight movement and address issues such as shipment delays, scheduling conflicts, and exception handling.
• Resolve operational blockers through real-time decision-making and use of internal tools and systems.
• Conduct data analysis to identify process gaps, operational inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Drive customer-centric solutions without compromising on time and compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams to support inbound operations across multiple geographies.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and stakeholder experience.

Basic Qualifications:

• Education: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Technical Skills:

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)
2. Familiarity with web-based tools and internal systems
3. Strong typing speed and accuracy

• Comprehension: Ability to understand and clearly articulate operational issues.
• Analytical Thinking: Capability to analyze data trends and recommend actionable insights.
• Multitasking: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Attributes:

• Strong understanding of logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations
• Prior experience in vendor management, customer service, or inbound logistics is an added advantage
• Process-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Comfortable working with global teams and time zones
