Apollo Pharmacy Walk-in Drive with 7.5LPA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to manage Sourcing & Retail Expansion activities at Apollo Pharmacy. The role involves end-to-end coordination for identifying and setting up new store locations, vendor management, civil works liaison, and cross-functional collaboration with internal business teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of retail expansion strategies, negotiation skills, and on-ground execution experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing & Expansion Operations:

• Manage the sourcing team and provide daily reports to the central team.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments such as Projects, Legal, Finance, and Operations for store openings and maintenance.
• Partner with vendors and suppliers to plan and execute store development projects on time and within budget.
• Identify potential locations for new stores by analyzing cluster gaps and creating detailed cluster mapping sheets.
• Evaluate store site feasibility considering demographic, geographic, and socio-economic factors.

2. Site Negotiation & Documentation:

• Negotiate commercial terms and rental agreements with landlords and property owners.
• Collect, verify, and validate property documents before proceeding with agreement formalities.
• Lead the agreement execution process in alignment with company protocols.

3. Store Operations Support:

• Manage tasks related to store extensions, lease renewals, and security deposit handling.
• Assess and measure sites to ensure compatibility with store layout and operational needs.
• Provide support for store maintenance activities, ensuring smooth ongoing operations.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in retail expansion, sourcing, or store development, especially within a high-growth retail environment.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint for data tracking and presentation purposes.
• In-depth knowledge of local market trends, including rental rates, property availability, and legal compliance.
• Familiarity with site measurement techniques and basic civil engineering principles.

Soft Skills:

• Well-presented with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil or related fields) is an added advantage.
