Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Group Loan (JLG) Officers in the Microfinance sector. Responsibilities include:
- Mobilizing and forming Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) in rural/semi-urban areas
- Conducting field visits, member verifications, and loan disbursement coordination
- Ensuring timely collections and maintaining group discipline
- Building strong community relationships and maintaining customer trust
- Meeting daily/weekly/monthly targets assigned by the branch
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Passion for fieldwork and rural outreach
- Maximum age limit: 29 years
- Prior experience in Microfinance or field sales (preferred, not mandatory)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and team coordination skills
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas
