Employment Type: Contractual (Till 31st October)
Work Mode: Work From Home (WFH) | Work From Office (WFO) based on business needs
Salary: 100% Fixed Pay

• Fresher: ₹12,375/month (CTC: ₹1.69 LPA)
• Experienced (Min. 1 year): ₹14,936/month (CTC: ₹2.03 LPA)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle and resolve customer queries via inbound/outbound voice calls
• Provide accurate and timely information in a customer-centric manner
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction

System Requirements (For WFH):

• Operating System: Windows 10 or above
• RAM: Minimum 8GB
• Processor: Intel i5 or higher / AMD Ryzen 5 or higher (mandatory)
• Stable broadband internet connection (Minimum 20 Mbps)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary)
• Experience:

1. Freshers are welcome
2. Candidates with minimum 1 year of experience in any domain are preferred

• Language Proficiency:

1. Fluent in Bengali and Hindi (must have clear pronunciation and minimal MTI)

• Other Requirements:

1. Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts
2. Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills
3. Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
4. No planned leaves for the first 3 months post joining
5. Working Days: 5 days a week
6. Work Duration: 9.5 hours/day + 1-hour break (total: 10.5 hours/day)

• HR Screening (Basic eligibility and communication check)
• Operations Round (Process understanding and communication)
• P-Map Test (Assessment stage)
• Versant Test (Score 4 or above required)
• Final Client Interview (via Video Call)
