   To begin with, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end installation of fiber optic cables. This includes not only laying the cables but also setting up and configuring essential network components such as Optical Line Terminals (OLT), Optical Network Units (ONU), routers, switches, patch panels, and both passive and active equipment. 2. Site Surveys & Planning:
   Before installation begins, you must conduct detailed on-site surveys. These surveys are essential for evaluating environmental and structural factors, assessing feasibility, and identifying the most efficient and technically viable installation paths. Additionally, planning should take into account both current and future network scalability.
3. Fiber Splicing & Termination:
   Once planning is complete, you will need to perform high-precision fiber splicing and termination. This involves using industry-standard connectors such as SC, LC, and ST. Furthermore, accurate alignment and cleanliness are vital to maintain signal integrity and minimize loss throughout the network.
4. Network Documentation:
   In addition to installation and configuration tasks, you are expected to create and maintain thorough documentation. This includes recording fiber routes, device locations, test results, and connection layouts. As a result, future maintenance and troubleshooting activities will be more efficient and well-informed.
5. Troubleshooting & Maintenance:
   When issues arise, you will need to promptly diagnose and resolve faults such as signal loss, poor connectivity, or hardware failures. To do this effectively, tools like Optical Time Domain Reflectometers (OTDR), power meters, and visual fault locators must be utilized. Consequently, timely troubleshooting helps maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
6. Compliance & Safety:
