Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong technical expertise in Oracle Applications, including SQL and PL/SQL.
• Hands-on experience with OAF, XML Publisher, Oracle Forms and Reports, AME, Workflow, and Oracle APEX.
• Proficiency in Java, ADF, JET, and Oracle PaaS technologies.
• Oracle technical certifications are highly desirable.
• Sound understanding of functional modules, especially Oracle Financials and HRMS.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in technical troubleshooting and performance tuning.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Is flexible to work across global time zones, including night shifts, and is willing to travel onsite (up to 50%).
• Can independently design, develop, and test CEMLI objects and manage the full development lifecycle.
• Possesses deep knowledge of EBS Financial Modules, and the R12 and Fusion/SaaS environments.
• Can assess the impact of patches and plan mitigation strategies with minimal business disruption.
• Provides accurate project reporting on scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Leads technical support teams in incident/problem management, delivering quick and innovative resolutions.
• Understands customer requirements thoroughly and translates them into effective technical solutions.
• Has in-depth knowledge of business processes, setups, and the interdependencies of configurations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and develop technical solutions aligned with business requirements documented by functional teams.
• Resolve critical technical issues, implement code changes, and manage defect fixes.
• Support Oracle ERP products (on-prem and cloud) from a technical perspective, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Address and resolve Service Requests (SRs) in collaboration with Oracle Support.
• Participate in knowledge transfer sessions for internal teams and end-users.
• Estimate technical development efforts and ensure timely delivery in collaboration with delivery leads.
• Build and maintain strong technical relationships with designated accounts, acting as the primary technical contact.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through high-quality service and value addition.
• Engage in solution architecture tasks and share best practices across teams and projects.
• Proactively identify and mitigate performance, security, and system challenges.
• Ensure alignment with internal methodologies, standards, and tools throughout project delivery.
• Contribute to service innovation, knowledge sharing, and cross-team collaboration within CSS.

General Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant technical experience in Oracle EBS and Cloud platforms.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and within global, cross-functional teams.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Availability for on-call support (24×7) as required by the project.
