Role Overview:

• Designation: Customer Service Associate (Voice Process)
• Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract (5–6 Months)
• Work Schedule: Night shifts with rotational weekly offs (5 days working, 2 consecutive days off)

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: Minimum 10+2. Graduates and postgraduates are also eligible.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior BPO/Customer Service experience is a plus.
• Language Skills: Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
• Work Flexibility: Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational week-offs.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: ₹2,50,000 – ₹3,60,000 LPA
• Zeta Meal Card: ₹1,100/month (₹13,200/year)
• Health Insurance: Coverage up to ₹5 lakhs
• Night Shift Allowance: ₹150 to ₹225 per shift (based on timing)
• Overtime Pay: As per business requirements
• Work Week: 5 working days, 2 consecutive days off (subject to rotation)
