• Job Title: Senior Backend Engineer – Golang (Microservices)
• Experience: 8 to 10+ Years
• Location: PAN India (Remote or On-site based on business need)
• Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend systems using Golang.
• Architect and implement cloud-native microservices that support high availability and resilience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features aligned with customer needs.
• Manage and optimize NoSQL databases; prior experience with DynamoDB is highly preferred.
• Ensure deployment reliability and scalability through Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, integrating testing, security, and deployment automation in DevOps workflows.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with comprehensive unit testing and code reviews.
• Continuously integrate Agile and Lean practices, adapting development based on iterative customer feedback.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on cloud-native and distributed systems.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Golang, developing and deploying microservices in production environments.
• Proficiency in working with NoSQL databases, especially DynamoDB.
• Expertise in cloud platforms like AWS or GCP, and in-depth knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in Agile methodologies, including test-driven development, pair programming, and iterative delivery.
• Good communication and documentation skills to articulate technical concepts clearly.
