• Location: Open (Hyderabad / Bangalore / Mumbai / Pune / Delhi / Chennai / Other Locations)
• Work Timings: Flexible to work in US Shift Timings

1. Shift 1: 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST
2. Shift 2: 09:30 PM to 06:30 AM IST

• Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Preferred: B.E. / B.Tech / MBA / MCA)

About the Role:

We are actively seeking a seasoned SAP CRM Functional Consultant to join our high-performing team supporting key US-based enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP CRM Sales and Service, strong proficiency in SAP SD and S/4HANA, and hands-on experience with end-to-end implementation and Application Management Services (AMS) projects.

This is a remote opportunity designed for professionals with a strong consulting mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the capability to deliver scalable solutions aligned with client business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support full-cycle SAP CRM Sales and Service module implementations and AMS projects.
• Engage with key stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective functional solutions.
• Configure core CRM components such as Service Orders, Contracts, Complaints, and Web UI roles, ensuring robust integration with SAP SD and ECC modules.
• Contribute to S/4HANA transformation initiatives with a focus on CRM-related functionalities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement enhancements using SAP best practices.
• Support system testing, user training, go-live, and post-implementation hypercare.
• Ensure continuous improvement by providing subject matter expertise in SAP CRM.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 8–18 years of hands-on experience in SAP CRM with strong exposure to SAP SD, ECC, and S/4HANA.
• Successfully delivered at least two end-to-end SAP CRM implementation and support projects.
• Domain experience in industries like Retail, Apparel, Trading, Automotive, or Rental Services is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CRM Middleware, Fiori Apps, Cross-functional integration, and CRM-ECC interface.
• Familiarity with tools and protocols such as EDI, ALE, Customer Vendor Integration (CVI), Credit Management, and Pricing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Prior experience with US-based clients is a strong advantage.
