Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in C# .NET API development (REST and SOAP/WCF), SQL, and ETL processes using SSIS. This role involves end-to-end development and maintenance of software solutions aligned with business requirements. Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of object-oriented programming and full-stack development principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust C# .NET APIs using REST and SOAP/WCF protocols.
- Write efficient and optimized SQL queries, and ensure seamless application-to-database interactions.
- Develop and manage ETL workflows, primarily using SSIS, to support data integration and transformation requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into scalable software solutions.
- Ensure software quality by participating in code reviews, debugging, testing, and implementing best practices.
- Maintain detailed documentation of technical processes and procedures.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills
- Full-stack development experience with front-end and back-end integration.
- Experience in standardizing and implementing QA procedures, overseeing software testing and debugging, and developing efficient bug fixes.
- Ability to investigate and resolve complex software issues, with a customer-centric approach.
- Understanding of enterprise strategies and operating objectives, with the ability to align technical solutions accordingly.
- Comfortable making decisions on work methods and troubleshooting in ambiguous scenarios, while following organizational policies and procedures.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while seeking guidance when necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Proficient in:
- C# and .NET Framework
- API development (REST and SOAP/WCF)
- SQL – query writing and application-level database interaction
- ETL development, particularly with SSIS
- Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
