Job Description:

Policybazaar Walk-in Drive For Freshers From 3rd July to 5th July

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and comprehensive information about insurance products and services
• Assist customers in choosing policies that meet their individual needs and financial goals
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
• Address and resolve customer queries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction and process efficiency

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 0–4 years in sales, preferably in insurance or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer operations
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
• Educational Qualification: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
