About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Dutch Language Specialist to support a leading UK-based client in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain. The role requires fluent communication in Dutch and English, as well as the ability to interpret, process, and manage insurance documentation and coordinate with Dutch-speaking stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process insurance-related submissions, risk entries, and endorsements within client systems.
- Interpret and manage insurance documentation while ensuring clear and professional communication with Dutch-speaking clients and partners.
- Conduct quality audits and reviews with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring compliance with both internal and client-specific standards.
- Maintain high productivity levels, consistently demonstrating commitment, discipline, and focus to meet performance expectations.
- Respond promptly and precisely to internal and external queries, showcasing urgency, ownership, and professionalism.
- Display reliability, punctuality, and accountability in all aspects of deliverables and communication, serving as a role model for peers.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Fluency in Dutch and English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
- B2 Certification in Dutch (or higher) is required.
- Prior experience or familiarity with insurance terminology—especially within the P&C domain—is preferred.
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage tasks independently and maintain high standards under pressure.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
