• Designation: Customer Support Associate (CSA)
• Employment Type: Contractual (Until 31st October 2025)
• Work Mode: 100% Remote (Work From Home)
• Salary:

1. Freshers: ₹1.74 LPA
2. Experienced (1+ Year): Up to ₹2.9 LPA

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle and resolve customer queries via inbound and outbound voice calls
• Deliver excellent customer service with a problem-solving mindset
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining professionalism and empathy
• Adhere to schedule, quality, and productivity standards

System Requirements:

• Operating System: Windows 10 or higher
• Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 or Intel i5 (or above)
• RAM: Minimum 8 GB
• Internet Connection: Minimum 20 Mbps (stable broadband)
• Accessories: USB Headset (mandatory)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass)
• Freshers and candidates with up to 12+ months of experience can apply
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (without major MTI)
• Should not have attended any interviews in the last 3 months
• Strong customer orientation and willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
• No planned leaves for the first 3 months post joining
• Typing Speed: Minimum 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
• Must be able to commit to 5 days working with 2 rotational week-offs
• Daily work schedule: 9.5 hours (including 1-hour break)

5. Client Interview (Video Call)
