Role Purpose:

The Device Launch Readiness Team under Comcast’s Xfinity Mobile division is responsible for managing master data across Mobile Devices, Accessories, Packaging, and Xfinity Home Products. This role focuses on SKU Lifecycle Management, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and readiness of master data to support new product launches and operational efficiency.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage master data for mobile devices, accessories, packaging, and related product lines.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and manipulate large datasets.
• Perform data cleansing, parsing, and structuring to create accurate and usable datasets for internal stakeholders.
• Conduct detailed data analysis to identify key business drivers and address process gaps.
• Create, update, and maintain data records to ensure SKU readiness across systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during production and staging migrations to ensure smooth transitions.
• Update task progress in Jira, track completions, and report regularly to users and management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience working with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
• Proficiency in Oracle Master Data Management (MDM) – mandatory.
• Strong experience in the mobile device/service domain with understanding of telecom and mobility acronyms.
• Advanced MS Excel capabilities, including macros, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
• Solid understanding of SKU lifecycle processes and data quality best practices.
• Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira.
