Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Full-Stack MVP Web Application:
  Design and implement a full-stack MVP web application using React.js (or similar frameworks) for the frontend and FastAPI or Node.js for the backend. In addition, ensure scalability and responsiveness across devices.
• Integrate with Third-Party Data Sources:
  Seamlessly integrate external data sources such as CoStar, Zillow, Yardi Matrix, and Neighborhood Scout. This will enable accurate and enriched investment analysis.
• Build Document Parsing and Upload Functionality:
  Implement secure document upload capabilities and parsing logic for extracting structured data from T12 and Rent Roll files (PDF/XLS). As a result, raw documents are transformed into actionable financial inputs.
• Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs):
  Use advanced LLMs like OpenAI and Claude to summarize, categorize, and convert unstructured data into structured formats. Consequently, this improves automation and reduces manual workload.
• Automate Excel Model Population:
  Auto-populate pre-configured real estate Excel templates with clean, validated data. This helps streamline deal modeling and reduces the risk of errors.
• Implement Custom Investment Logic:
  Design “pass/fail” logic for deals based on user-defined filters and investment criteria. Therefore, users can quickly evaluate opportunities against their unique standards.
• Develop Export and Reporting Tools:
  Build robust export features including PDF executive summaries, Excel-based financial models, and auto-generated Letters of Intent (LOIs). These tools will improve communication and decision-making speed.
• Create a Real-Time Dashboard:
  Develop an interactive dashboard for tracking deal flow, monitoring performance metrics, and checking the health of integrated APIs. Moreover, ensure it delivers actionable insights with intuitive UX.

Requirements:

• Backend Development Proficiency:
  Strong expertise in Python (FastAPI) or JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js) for building scalable and secure APIs. In addition, knowledge of best practices in backend architecture is expected.
• Frontend Development Skills:
