Job Description:
Work From Home Job Openings For Freshers with 6.4LPA
- Job Title: Business Development Associate (BDA)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Work Mode: Remote (Work From Home)
- Shift: Day Shift | Fixed Hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
- Week Off: Fixed on Sundays
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities via cold calling, social media, and networking platforms.
- Make 140–250 outbound cold calls per day to generate qualified leads.
- Schedule and conduct virtual sessions and product demonstrations with potential clients.
- Engage with parents and stakeholders to pitch program benefits and facilitate the enrollment process.
- Address objections professionally, negotiate effectively, and close deals confidently.
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets (minimum ₹2L/month).
- Demonstrate a high level of energy, initiative, and commitment to go the extra mile to achieve sales goals.
Training and Development:
On-the-Job Training Program Includes:
- Structured sales training using decks and modules
- Live shadowing experiences with senior sales professionals
- Ongoing coaching and re-training initiatives
Mission:
To shape highly skilled, career-oriented BDAs within three months, with strong proficiency in the end-to-end sales cycle and customer interaction.
- You are expected to apply the right sales techniques to meet revenue benchmarks during the training period.
- Completion of the License to Sell (L-2-S) is mandatory.
- Leave Policy During Probation:
- 2 Sick Leaves
- 1 Leave Without Pay (LWP)
- No additional leaves allowed
Post-Probation Benefits:
- Upon achieving ₹1L in revenue, candidates become eligible for permanent employment.
- Revised CTC Range: ₹7.10 LPA – ₹9.10 LPA
- Mandatory completion of the 3-month probation/training agreement
Mandatory Work-From-Home Requirements:
- Dedicated workspace and desk
- Laptop/PC with functional webcam, mic, and headset
- Dedicated SIM card for official calls
- Stable internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps broadband or high-speed dongle)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Uninterrupted power backup
Candidate Requirements:
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi (Hindi as the first language preferred)
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and marketing skills
- Self-motivated, fast learner with a passion for sales and a customer-first mindset
- Prior experience in sales is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Female candidates are preferred for this role
Eligibility Criteria:
- Immediate joiners only
- Willingness to work six days a week (Mon–Sat)
- Comfortable working in a remote setup with fixed hours
