About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a skilled and detail-oriented Post-Production Artist who can take full ownership of visual storytelling in a Webtoon-style, vertical-scroll format. In this role, you’ll transform draft artwork into emotionally immersive, polished comic episodes that captivate readers.

Key Responsibilities

• Refine base artwork to publication-ready quality, correcting anatomy, expressions, and visual consistency using internal tools and references
• Format episodes for Webtoon-style vertical reading, ensuring fluid panel transitions, intuitive pacing, and impactful storytelling
• Apply color correction, lighting effects, overlays, and mood-driven enhancements to elevate emotional resonance
• Maintain visual continuity in characters, props, environments, and overall art style across chapters
• Deliver organized, feedback-ready output files (PSD, PNG, etc.) and respond swiftly and clearly to revisions

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or equivalent digital illustration software
• Strong grasp of anatomy, perspective, posing, and the ability to enhance or correct base art
• Experience or familiarity with generative AI tools for image prompting and composition
• Prior exposure to Webtoon or digital comic production workflows is a strong plus
• A keen eye for visual storytelling, composition, and emotional flow in sequential art
• Ability to maintain stylistic consistency and meet tight deadlines with quality output
• Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and an independent work ethic
• Attention to detail and a deep sense of ownership in creative deliverables

Compensation Structure

This is a target-based freelance opportunity, with a commitment of 22–24 working days per month.
