Position: Telesales Executive

Location: Chennai / Remote / Work from Office (Specify preference)

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Fixed Week Off)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Salary: 15,000 18,000 CTC per month + Incentives

Freshers OrvExperience

Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling or sales (preferred)

Education

Minimum 12th Pass; Graduates Preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Pitch products/services to potential leads
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate call and lead records
• Communicate effectively in the required languages

Skills Required

• Excellent verbal communication
• Basic computer knowledge
• Sales-driven and persuasive mindset
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Stable internet connection (for remote roles)
