Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using various methods such as job portals, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
• Manage the interview schedule and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain a database of candidates and track recruitment metrics.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications effectively.

• Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and recruitment software.

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
