Key Responsibilities:

As a member of the recruitment team, you will:

• Source and screen candidates for current job openings across multiple platforms
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate proactively with candidates
• Track and update hiring data daily, sharing progress reports with the team
• Support onboarding activities and assist internal teams for smooth transitions
• Meet individual hiring targets and consistently maintain high quality standards throughout the hiring process
• Adapt quickly to changing recruitment needs and contribute to improving hiring workflows
