Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers via phone to understand their property requirements.
• Promote relevant property projects and persuade customers to schedule site visits.
• Address customer queries, provide accurate information, and build trust.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through consistent follow-ups.
• Collaborate closely with the field sales team to ensure a seamless site visit and closure experience.
• Handle customer objections professionally and offer timely solutions.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure high lead conversion rates.
• Meet both individual and team performance metrics in line with organizational goals.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, or Customer Relationship Management, preferably in real estate or a high-contact sales domain.
