IndiaMART Work From Home Job Openings For Freshers
- Industry: Client Profiling & Seller Engagement
- Role Type: Part-Time, Remote
- Work Hours: Minimum 3–4 hours/day (between 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Job Responsibilities:
- Pre-Call Preparation: Analyze assigned seller cases using online resources to determine their current eligibility.
- Client Communication: Initiate calls to sellers to verify and gather relevant business information.
- Profile Updating: Update seller profiles based on verified data to meet desired profile scores.
- Client Education: Explain how the service benefits their business, address queries, and clear any doubts professionally.
- Disposition Handling: Appropriately mark and record each interaction with correct reason codes post-conversation.
- Transparency: Inform clients in advance that calls may be recorded for quality and compliance purposes.
- Follow-ups: Reconnect with sellers based on their previous requests or pending information.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly connect/content collection goals by working consistently.
- Call Volume: Complete the assigned number of daily calls/content collections during working hours.
Requirements:
- Availability: Able to work between 9 AM – 7 PM for at least 3–4 hours/day (Monday–Saturday)
