Role Overview
As a Key Account Manager (KAM), you will be responsible for managing, nurturing, and growing relationships with professional astrologers on our platform. Your core focus will be to ensure astrologer success by providing strategic support, performance insights, and timely resolution of concerns. This role requires a blend of relationship management, performance coaching, and operational execution to maximize both astrologer engagement and platform quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management & Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of astrologers, addressing queries, concerns, and operational needs.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships to improve retention, satisfaction, and consistent platform usage.
- Encourage platform adherence, community involvement, and engagement through regular communication.
- Performance Monitoring & Growth
- Track and analyze key performance indicators such as consultation quality, customer ratings, login hours, and retention metrics.
- Deliver actionable insights to astrologers for continuous performance improvement.
- Set benchmarks for success and ensure compliance with minimum engagement and quality standards.
- Training, Enablement & Quality Oversight
- Facilitate onboarding, training, and ongoing development of astrologers in collaboration with the Quality and Training teams.
- Conduct refresher sessions and performance reviews for underperforming astrologers.
- Ensure adherence to platform policies, ethical guidelines, and service standards.
- Revenue Enhancement & Visibility
- Assist astrologers in optimizing their profiles to improve discoverability and user engagement.
- Promote participation in live sessions, article contributions, videos, and promotional initiatives to enhance earnings potential.
- Identify and support high-performing astrologers in scaling their growth trajectory.
- Compliance & Escalation Handling
- Monitor compliance with platform rules, especially around data privacy and ethical consultation practices.
- Act promptly to manage escalations related to user complaints, penalties, or astrologer disputes.
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and ensure a seamless experience.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Key Account Management, Client Servicing, or Partner Success.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; experience working with CRM and dashboard tools.
- Proven ability to drive retention and improve partner performance through training and feedback.
- Familiarity with wellness, astrology, or influencer-driven platforms is a plus.
Preferred Tools & Competencies
- CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce)
- Data visualization tools or reporting dashboards
- Basic understanding of digital engagement strategies and online consultations
