Job Title:
- Administrator: BXT (L3)
- Work Mode: Work from Home (with limited Virtual Customer Center locations)
- Contract Duration: 6 months (on Amazon payroll)
Eligible Locations:
- Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Punjab, Rajasthan, Kerala, West Bengal
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional employee and customer experiences. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing tasks with excellent organizational and time-management capabilities
- Providing high-quality customer support with a strong service-oriented mindset
- Communicating effectively in both verbal and written English
- Understanding and interpreting employee benefit programs and terms
- Demonstrating disciplined problem-solving skills with the ability to implement practical solutions
- Maintaining a high level of quality while ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Taking initiative to resolve issues promptly and exercising sound judgment
- Adapting quickly to dynamic and fast-paced work environments
Basic Qualifications:
- 0–10+ years of experience in contact center operations, customer service, human resources, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline
- Experience working in a global, fast-paced organization
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts (24×7 environment)
- Reliable internet connection prior to joining (minimum speed: 50–100 Mbps)
- Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Prior experience providing HR consultation, benefits guidance, or handling complex employee cases
- Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Development
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to apply empathy in customer or employee interactions
