We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Relationship Manager / Sr. Relationship Manager to join our Alternate Channel (Retail Broking) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing strong relationships with retail broking partners, driving health insurance business, and ensuring exceptional partner engagement and satisfaction within the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive health insurance sales through assigned retail broking partners, ensuring consistent business growth.
- Manage and strengthen partner relationships, acting as the primary liaison between the company and partner teams.
- Conduct product trainings, refresher sessions, and knowledge-sharing workshops for broking staff to boost product understanding and performance.
- Regularly monitor sales metrics, analyze partner performance, and implement strategies to improve productivity and outcomes.
- Oversee operational coordination, including proposal submissions, issuance follow-ups, and resolving service-related queries.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Underwriting, Claims, and Operations to address and resolve partner concerns and escalations.
- Ensure timely issue resolution to promote high levels of partner satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Provide strategic market feedback and insights to the reporting manager to support data-driven business planning.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, compliance guidelines, and regulatory standards.
Desired Skills & Competencies:
- 1–3 years of experience in Health Insurance, Retail Broking, or a related field within the financial services industry.
- Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with minimal supervision.
Educational Qualifications:
