Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI/ML) Trainer to join our team of expert instructors. In this role, you will design and deliver interactive training sessions, develop industry-relevant content, mentor students, and help shape the next generation of AI engineers and data scientists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and practical training sessions on AI, Machine Learning, and associated tools (e.g., Python, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, etc.)
• Design, update, and maintain curriculum content, projects, and assignments aligned with industry needs
• Mentor learners through hands-on projects involving predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, and more
• Provide support via live sessions, Q&A forums, and one-on-one doubt-clearing
• Evaluate student progress and offer actionable feedback to foster improvement
• Stay current with evolving trends, tools, and practices in the AI/ML landscape

Requirements:

• In-depth understanding of AI/ML concepts including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP, and evaluation metrics
• Proficiency in Python and major ML libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, etc.
• Experience in teaching, mentoring, or public speaking is highly desirable
• Strong ability to break down complex concepts into simple, engaging explanations
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Passion for education, training, and student success

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on industry experience in deploying or working on AI/ML projects
