Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process for IT staffing including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates qualifications and fit for IT roles.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and recruitment metrics.
• Support the HR team in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
• Assist in the development of job descriptions and specifications for various IT roles.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  Strong understanding of IT roles and technical requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
