Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Solution Development:
Define and execute the overall strategy for GBS offerings, with emphasis on Finance & Accounting, while also enabling capabilities in HRO and Supply Chain. Build a strong value proposition aligned to industry trends and client needs. - Leadership & Team Development:
Lead, mentor, and empower a team of high-performing Presales & Solutions professionals. Foster a collaborative environment focused on delivering innovative, client-centric solutions. - Client Engagement & Solutioning:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Delivery, and Subject Matter Experts—to design tailored solutions that address complex enterprise challenges. Lead the presales lifecycle, including requirement analysis, solution design, pricing strategy, and proposal development. - Thought Leadership:
Develop compelling content such as whitepapers, case studies, and domain reports to establish the organization as a thought leader in F&A and enterprise transformation. Represent the organization at industry forums and client events to showcase capabilities. - Innovation & Market Research:
Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in enterprise functions. Collaborate with the transformation and innovation teams to drive solution enhancements and AI-driven initiatives. - Client Relationship Management:
Serve as a strategic advisor to key clients and stakeholders. Drive satisfaction, retention, and account growth by identifying new opportunities and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Candidate Profile:
- Education:
- Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines.
- Experience & Expertise:
- Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience, with proven success in Presales and Solutioning roles within the Finance & Accounting domain.
- Understanding of HRO and Supply Chain processes is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to design, pitch, and deliver enterprise-grade solutions to senior stakeholders (e.g., CFOs, CHROs).
- Strong analytical thinking with a strategic and consultative mindset.
- Proven experience in managing and mentoring high-performing solution teams.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and AI trends impacting enterprise functions.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to build relationships, influence decisions, and drive change across stakeholder groups.
- Experience in creating and delivering thought leadership material across enterprise platforms.
