• Job Title: Sales Expert – L1
• Location: Pan India
• Work Mode: Work From Home
• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 (In-hand) + ₹2,000 (Net Allowance) + Attractive Incentives

Eligibility & Qualification:

• Education: 10th, 12th, Diploma, Graduate, or Postgraduate (0–3 years of experience).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with good numerical and analytical ability.
• Sound decision-making skills.
• Comfortable working in day shifts (login between 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM – 9-hour shift).
• Must be available to work 6 days a week with 1 weekday off.
• Must have access to a laptop with a webcam, stable high-speed internet, and reliable power backup.

Language Requirements:

• Option 1: English, Hindi, Kannada
• Option 2: English, Hindi, Telugu
• Option 3: English, Kannada, Tamil

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify potential business opportunities by researching and engaging prospective clients.
• Initiate outbound calls using lead generation data to promote NoBroker’s products and services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to convert leads into sales.
• Recommend solutions that align with customer needs and organizational goals.
• Perform regular follow-ups on existing leads and maintain updated records.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, confidence, and a goal-driven mindset to meet sales targets and drive revenue.

Training & Onboarding:

• Comprehensive training will be provided during the initial onboarding period to ensure full understanding of the product, sales process, and tools.
