Position: Collections Executive – International Voice Process
Key Skills: Collections, Excellent Communication, International Voice Process
Mandatory Requirements: Good Communication Skills, Graduate, Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Preferred Locations: Tamil Nadu, Bangalore, Chennai, Kochi, Bhopal, Mumbai, Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Review & Monitoring:
- Review open accounts from the daily aging report.
- Monitor and manage assigned accounts for timely collections.
- Collections & Follow-Up:
- Make professional outbound and inbound collection calls.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and establish payment arrangements.
- Send Dunning letters to customers for overdue accounts.
- Payment Tracking & Escalation:
- Track customer payment activity and ensure timely collections.
- Escalate cases of non-payment or unresponsive customers promptly.
- Customer Service & Account Reconciliation:
- Provide support in sending statements, processing refunds, and resolving billing discrepancies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective and timely service.
- Issue Identification & Resolution:
- Identify reasons for account delinquency and discuss with customers or escalate as needed.
- Assist in resolving unapplied credits (UCs) and short-paid invoices.
- Internal Coordination:
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Billing teams to resolve client issues.
- Act as a liaison among customers and internal departments to ensure smooth transactions.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain and update daily/weekly trackers.
- Perform self-quality checks to ensure data accuracy.
- Document processes in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Compliance & Audit:
- Ensure adherence to all internal controls and compliance requirements.
- Collate documents for internal/external audits.
- Support external/internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Learning, Development & Improvement:
- Participate actively in training sessions and internal assessments.
- Collaborate with the training team to develop assessment questionnaires.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements and implementation.
- Leadership Support:
- Serve as a backup to the Team Lead as and when required.
- Coordinate with support functions to streamline workflow.
