Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote products or services
• Handle inbound calls from existing or potential customers to resolve inquiries or provide support
• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities through persuasive communication
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or information
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and sales targets
• Stay updated on product knowledge, company services, and promotional offers
• Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on customer queries and ensure timely resolutions
• Maintain a professional and courteous tone in all interactions to uphold the company’s reputation

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or in a similar customer service/sales role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• Fluency in regional languages or English, depending on target demographics
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
• Positive attitude, patience, and resilience under pressure
