Role Overview:

As a Territory Sales Executive (TSE), you will play a key role in expanding and strengthening our sales and distribution network across your assigned territory. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, building sustainable channel partnerships, and ensuring consistent market presence through strong retail and customer engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Expansion & Distribution Management:
  Expand the network of SIM and data-selling outlets to maximize reach and availability in the assigned area. Strengthen and support existing channels to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Customer & Channel Engagement:
  Ensure top-notch service to existing customers and partners through regular follow-ups and proactive support. Implement effective relationship management strategies with Retailers, Distributors, and Field Sales Executives (FSEs).
• Sales Strategy & Execution:
  Understand regional market dynamics and tailor sales strategies to align with local customer segments. Drive performance on key distribution parameters such as channel profitability and satisfaction.
• Partner Value Creation:
  Implement promotional, marketing, and merchandising initiatives that drive value for distributors and retailers while enhancing brand visibility and sales output.
• Market Intelligence & Reporting:
  Generate timely insights into market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity. Translate findings into actionable strategies to stay ahead in the market.
• Network Coordination:
  Collaborate with network operations teams to address coverage issues and ensure superior mobile network performance across the assigned area.
