Work from Home Opportunity – International Voice Process (Collections)

Preferred Locations: Tamil Nadu, Chennai, Bangalore, Cochin, Bhopal, Hyderabad, Mumbai

Position Highlights

Role: Collections Executive – International Voice Process

Employment Type: Full-time (Remote / Work from Home)

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome

Mandatory Requirement: Graduate with excellent English communication skills

Key Skills: Customer Service, International Voice Support, Collections

Key Responsibilities

• Review aging reports and identify overdue accounts.
• Handle both inbound and outbound collection calls professionally.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Escalate unresolved or non-responsive cases as per SOP.
• Process account adjustments, refunds, and statement dispatches.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Follow up with internal teams (Sales, Ops, Billing) on account issues.
• Send timely dunning letters to delinquent accounts.
• Track and update daily/weekly performance dashboards.
• Participate in Learning & Development sessions regularly.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Actively contribute to process improvements.
• Coordinate with support teams and assist in internal assessments.
• Support Team Lead functions when required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any stream
• Excellent verbal and written communication (English – mandatory)
• Basic understanding of collections, customer service, or AR preferred
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required
• Must have a quiet work-from-home setup and good internet connectivity
