Who Can Apply?
We welcome candidates from diverse educational backgrounds:
- 10th / 12th / Diploma Holders / Graduates / Postgraduates
- Experience: 0 to 3 years (Freshers welcome with strong communication skills)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Proficiency in Hindi + any South Indian language (preferred)
OR English + any two South Indian languages
OR English + Kannada / Tamil - Good interpersonal, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Comfortable with a 6-day workweek (Weekday off)
- Flexible to work a 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM
- Must have:
- Own laptop with webcam
Stable high-speed internet connection
Reliable power backup
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Relationship Manager for NoBroker’s premium (paid) customers
- Understand customer requirements and assist in finding the right tenant/property
- Manage inbound and outbound calls effectively
- Build and maintain long-term relationships through clear and interactive communication
- Utilize internal tools and systems to deliver excellent service
- Negotiate with prospective leads on behalf of customers
- Keep customers informed about the status of their service requests
- Follow communication guidelines and operational processes
- Go the extra mile to ensure complete customer satisfaction
