About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our team and promote the NoBrokerHood app. You will be the voice of our brand, helping residents and society members understand the benefits of the app and guiding them through the download and registration process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to residents and society members to introduce the NoBrokerHood app.
• Clearly explain app features, benefits, and how it simplifies community living.
• Encourage users to download and register on the app.
• Maintain accurate call logs and follow up with interested leads.
• Address basic customer queries or escalate them to the appropriate teams as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass or above.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or support roles.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or South Indian languages (preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Willingness to work 6 days a week (week off on weekdays).
• Comfortable working in day shifts (between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM).
