About the Role:
“Life Tastes Better with Ice Cream” – Join one of the leading FMCG brands and play a pivotal role in driving sales and distribution for our ice cream products. We’re seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Officer to manage and grow business within the assigned territory by building strong distributor relationships and executing market strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales targets through direct market visits and by driving performance through the Redistribution Stockist (RS) system.
- Manage and grow General Trade (GT) and channel sales by onboarding and nurturing key distributors and retailers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to enhance customer service and improve market presence.
- Conduct ROI (Return on Investment) calculations for RS partners and take initiatives to ensure mutual profitability.
- Develop distributor teams to build stronger retail networks and improve last-mile connectivity.
- Regularly monitor and review the performance of RS and their sales team; identify and resolve infrastructure or performance gaps.
- Collaborate with branch and zonal teams to implement brand promotional activities and ensure in-market execution.
- Identify new business opportunities and work on strategic sales planning to enhance coverage and penetration.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Full-time Graduation (mandatory)
- Experience: 2 to 4 years in channel sales, especially within General Trade (GT).
- Proven experience in:
- RS distribution management
- ROI calculations and performance tracking
- Sales planning and execution of promotional activities
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Good communication skills in English and local language.
- Ability to work independently and handle field operations efficiently.
