Who Can Apply?

We welcome candidates from diverse educational backgrounds:

  • 10th / 12th / Diploma Holders / Graduates / Postgraduates
  • Experience: 0 to 3 years (Freshers welcome with strong communication skills)

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Proficiency in Hindi + any South Indian language (preferred)
    OR English + any two South Indian languages
    OR English + Kannada / Tamil
  • Good interpersonal, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Comfortable with a 6-day workweek (Weekday off)
  • Flexible to work a 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM
  • Must have:
  1. Own laptop with webcam
    Stable high-speed internet connection
    Reliable power backup

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Relationship Manager for NoBroker’s premium (paid) customers
  • Understand customer requirements and assist in finding the right tenant/property
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls effectively
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships through clear and interactive communication
  • Utilize internal tools and systems to deliver excellent service
  • Negotiate with prospective leads on behalf of customers
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their service requests
  • Follow communication guidelines and operational processes
  • Go the extra mile to ensure complete customer satisfaction
