Qualifications & Requirements:

• Educational Background:

1. Candidates from all educational streams are welcome: 10th, 12th, Diploma, Graduate, or Postgraduate
2. 0–3 years of relevant work experience

• Communication Skills:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Confidence in presenting and pitching over calls

• Interpersonal & Analytical Skills:

1. Strong interpersonal abilities to build customer rapport
2. Basic understanding of numerical and analytical thinking to evaluate customer needs and data

• Decision-Making:

1. Ability to take prompt and sound decisions in high-paced environments

• Language Proficiency (Any one of the following combinations):

1. English, Hindi, and Kannada
2. English, Hindi, and Telugu
3. English, Kannada, and Tamil

• Technical Proficiency:

1. Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word

Work Schedule:

• Must be flexible to work a 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM
• Willingness to work 6 days a week (Week off will fall on a weekday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by qualifying and targeting potential customers
• Promote and sell company offerings by understanding customer needs and building strong relationships
• Conduct outbound calls using data from lead generation and secondary sources
• Perform consistent follow-ups on existing and newly generated leads
• Adhere to company standards to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
• Exhibit a high level of enthusiasm, persistence, and sales focus to meet or exceed assigned targets
