Aurom App is hiring a Listener(psychologist)! (experienced, fresher, and undergraduate trainees)

Job Profile: Listener. A listener provides emotional support to a person in distress. Someone who fully engages in the communication process, going beyond simply hearing words to understand the speaker’s message and emotions. Someone who can encourage the other person to speak and share their problems.
A listener should be empathetic, should be able to soothe the person, and be able to engage even introverted users
Unlike a psychologist, people can connect to listeners instantaneously, without an appointment if the listener is online. While listeners are not expected to provide professional counseling, they are expected to provide emotional support to the people. Users will be charged on per-minute basis instead of per session.
