Job Description:

The HR Recruiter will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring talent to meet the company’s staffing needs.

Key Requirements:

  • Must have a laptop/ desktop, strong internet connection and a smart phone.
    Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have hands-on experience in recruitment and hiring.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel/ Word), database management and internet search.
  • Not a part-time gig must be able to dedicate min 4-5 hours daily.
  • Work from home only No field work – Day shift.

  • No fixed salary, you can earn good commission per successful assignment.

Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing: Attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards (Naukri, iimjobs, monster, etc.) social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.

Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and evaluate
candidate’s qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the organization basis job description from client/s.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Job Posting: Post job descriptions on various job boards and company career pages, ensuring they are compelling and aligned with the company’s brand.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create tailored recruitment plans.

Pipeline Management: Maintain a pipeline/ database of qualified candidates for current and future hiring.

Essential Criteria:

Education: Any Bachelor’s degree or MBA/PG in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 2-10 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, preferably within Finance & Banking, Marketing and Healthcare domains.

  • Deliver a positive candidate experience and build long-term candidate relationships
  • Strong understanding of hiring lifecycle, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
