About the Role:

We are actively seeking a skilled and motivated Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Consultant with hands-on experience in DocuSign CLM to support and enhance our CLM processes and systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in template and workflow creation, issue triaging, integration support, and the global rollout of CLM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the DocuSign CLM tool including user access, template creation, editing, and workflow management.
• Provide first-level triage for all reported issues via ServiceNow (SNOW) or email, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
• Design, develop, and update templates and workflows as per business needs and change requests.
• Support integration efforts with internal applications including testing, defect logging, and coordination for resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and successful global rollouts of CLM systems including building new templates and workflow configurations.
• Assist in business-as-usual (BAU) operations for ongoing CLM enhancements and support.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools, specifically DocuSign CLM.
• Proficiency in template design, workflow creation, and user management within DocuSign.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with experience in issue triaging and support.
• Understanding of system integration processes and ability to support end-to-end testing and defect management.
• Experience working with ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar ITSM tools for issue tracking and resolution.
• Flexibility to relocate to Noida or Bangalore if required by project demands.
